About the role

Join the passionate team at SM Physio Injury Management Group as a Physiotherapist in our Ascot, WA 6104 clinic. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in helping patients recover from injuries and achieve their rehabilitation and return to work goals.

What you'll be doing

Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients

Deliver high-quality physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of modalities

Collaborate with other allied health professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care

Educate patients on their condition and empower them in their recovery

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Ability to effectively manage a patient list

Comprehensive communication with all stakeholders in the rehabilitation progress

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

Currently based in Western Australia

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with patients, stakeholders and colleagues

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

Proficiency in using clinical assessment tools and evidence-based treatment techniques

Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and a collaborative team environment
