Sparrow Insurance is a boutique, niche insurance group with a nationwide reputation for going the extra mile for their clients and being a leader in the cosmetic & beauty industry.
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Policy Specialist – Data Processing team. In this role, you will develop deep expertise in insurance and work alongside a close-knit Policy Team to generate quotes and manage all policy-related transactions.
Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy. You will ensure every policy decision aligns with compliance standards and provides clients with the most appropriate coverage. You'll also work toward achieving individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

This role is a full-time office-based position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 8:00am- 4:30pm. No weekend work is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and manage information in systems with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Process various service requests such as new entries, updates, amendments, and closures according to defined procedures.
Ensure all work complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve data issues and support smooth operations.
Use relevant systems efficiently and follow established workflows, contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy with ability to work and navigate complex systems
Ability to work autonomously and be self-reliant
Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve effectively
