This boutique, positive and encouraging service is excited to welcome a Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker or Psychologist to their experienced, committed team. With referrals across the schemes, they welcome your valued, unique expertise in Occupational Rehabilitation. In your role, you will be joining a team of highly experienced healthcare professionals who are a delight to work alongside. There is an office space for your desired usage as well as admin supports and an Employment Consultant.

The role:

Provide a suite or services including case management, vocational counselling, adjustment to injury counselling, vocational assessments, labour market analysis, job seeking services and projects

Work across a range of schemes including life insurance, work cover, Comcare and more

Liaison with a range of key stakeholders

Requirements:

Tertiary Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling (Membership with ASORC), Psychology (full or provisional AHPRA registration) or Social Work (with AASW)

Experience working within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector

A drivers license and car

Excellent communication skills including written communication and rapport building skills
