We are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Paralegal with proficiency in residential conveyancing, who is confident managing a reasonable caseload and committed to delivering outstanding client service to join our team.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 3 years conveyancing experience across NSW property transactions

Excellent knowledge of NSW conveyancing procedures and property law

Proficiency in using PEXA, Infotrack and Smokeball (or similar legal practice management systems) and Microsoft Office suite.

A strong attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to meet strict deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both clients and colleagues

A team player with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic

A genuine passion for the legal field and a proactive approach to learning and development
