Eastern Health Authority (EHA) is seeking a Registered Nurse (Casual) to join our professional Immunisation Team.
This is more than just a nursing role — it's a chance to help protect the health of our youngest community members. From a baby’s very first vaccinations to adolescent and adult boosters, your care and expertise will have a lasting impact.
As part of our trusted immunisation service, you will need recent experience to deliver vaccines through infant and early childhood clinics, school-based immunisation programs, workplace programs, and public clinics.
At EHA, we are committed to creating a positive immunisation experience for families, especially for parents bringing their babies in for their first vaccines. We provide clear, evidence-based information and compassionate care in line with the National Immunisation Program and state-funded initiatives.
The Role Offers
· Flexible casual shifts and varied work locations
· Additional shifts during peak demand (especially April to June)
· Opportunities to work closely with families, babies, and young children

Essential Requirements
· AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
· Completion of SA Health’s online course: Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Program
· Recent experience in administering vaccines to infants, children and adults
· Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience
· Current CPR Certificate
· Mandated Notification Certificate
· Current Department for Communities and Social Inclusion Screening (DCSI – Child Related and Vulnerable persons)
· Current Driver’s Licence
