Key Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting

Conduct regular property inspections and promptly handle tenant enquiries and concerns

Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract and retain quality tenants

Liaise professionally with landlords, tradespeople, and stakeholders to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard

Manage end-of-lease processes, including documentation and bond claims

Complete administrative duties accurately and efficiently

Stay informed of industry legislation, market trends, and property management best practices

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and organisational abilities

Sound knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies Act and relevant regulations

Proficiency with property management software

A current NSW Real Estate License and valid driver’s license
