The role

The Network Planning Analyst role will support the growth, expansion and profitability plans of 7-Eleven’s retail store network. The role will be responsible for:

Assisting to develop the store network plan, identify and analyse new store opportunities.

The development and maintenance of data used to support and investigate network planning opportunities.

Undertaking market assessments for fuel and non-fuel store opportunities nationally.

Creation, management and updating of templates and reports for site evaluate and performance reporting purposes.

The creation, introduction and maintenance of GIS / spatial data sets (key component) utilised in the network planning process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail (preferably convenience store) site selection, market analysis, and GIS (MapInfo) software and spatial data within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing

Work closely with the Senior Network Planning Manager to:

Develop the network plan for 7-Eleven to identify new store and expansion opportunities

Evaluate and prepare market assessments for fuel and non-fuel store opportunities.

Support the Network Planning team across the & Eleven business.

Maintain GIS / spatial data sets used in the network planning and site evaluation process.

Source and manage of data used for market assessment and research purposes

Collaborate with teams across the 7-Eleven business to provide strategic insights supporting store network growth and build robust project business cases.

What’s in your toolkit?

3 to 5 years experience in retail network planning (client side preferred)

Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making, using best-in-class tools.

Experience in Store Impact studies and Project Implementation Reviews (PIR)

Solid GIS (MapInfo) and spatial data management skills

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a high-performance environment.

Excellent collaborative skills to work Leadership: Excellent leadership qualities to mentor and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and.
