About the client:

Our client, located in Dandenong South is seeking to hire a Production Operator with LF and FEL tickets to be part of their growing team. They produces garden care products. They offer lawn fertilizers and pests, weed control, fertilizer spreaders, and soil wetters, as well as other related products.

They are looking for a reliable and switched-on Production All-rounder who will help the team in their plant in Braeside, VIC.

Production Hours:

Day shift: 5 am-1:30 pm | $38 per hour + Super + SAT OT when required!

Primary tasks & duties of the role, but not limited to:

Support all functions of the production line

Operate a front-end loader to move raw materials and support production needs

Assist with dispatch duties, including picking/packing orders and loading trucks

Operate a forklift to move pallets, materials, and products as required

Receive and check raw materials following the company’s receiving procedures

Prepare raw materials (fertilizer prep) based on the production schedule

Operate production line machinery and equipment (training will be provided)

Perform manual packing tasks, including packing the company’s 5L product range

Maintain a clean and safe workspace through general housekeeping duties

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Front End Loader ticket and Forklift licence (LF)

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Previous experience in production, dispatch, or machinery operation is preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures

Willing to work as part of a team and follow direction from supervisors

Can commit to 5 days per week of work
