About Our Team

We are looking for experienced and reliable Production/Process Operators at our Dandenong site who love to work weekends. You will be responsible for manufacturing, processing, and packing our products.

The shifts are 12 hours as follows:-

6 am - 6 pm

6 pm - 6 am

About the role

Complete basic to advanced machine set-up tasks

Operate machine/s daily

Identify issues with processes and the ability to problem-solve

Ensure production of finished goods meets strict quality standards

Maintain accurate production records

Work closely with shift leaders and other operators to ensure the efficient running of the production area

Manual handling ability - up to 15kg

Manual handling of pallet trolley

About you

Must have work rights in Australia

The ability to read and write English and to follow detailed instructions

High attention to detail

Willingness to learn

Committed, reliable and have a strong work ethic

Strong work ethic, is reliable and enjoys being part of a team

Excellent understanding of personal safety responsibilities and obligations

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
