We are an electrical switchboard manufacturer looking for electrical fitters/fitter mechanics with switchboard building experience or the ability to quickly learn the requirements of switchboard building. We can offer training by experienced and qualified in-house staff.

We offer flexible work hours and the opportunity to work overtime.

We have numerous positions available due to company growth.

Positions could be casual or permanent depending on circumstances and preference.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control and switchgear
• Assembly of Switchboard framework
• Fabrication of busbars and components
• Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Installing, repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures
• Following National and State Electrical Standards
• Testing, result recording and adherence to testing procedures and production standards
• Maintain a Clean and tidy workspace
• Give training and instruction to apprentices and TA assigned to your job.
• Adherence to directions from management & leading hands
• Other tasks as directed
SKILL & QUALIFICATION REQUIRMENTS:
Qualifications:
• Hold Current Electrical Work License
• Hold Current general safety induction certificate
• Remain certified in LVR/CPR
Skills:
• Read and interpret electrical switchboard general arrangements and single line Drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
