About the role:
Support customers across a government program in a professional and fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Use internal systems to update and manage client records
- Follow processes and escalate complex issues where needed
- Work a rotating roster between 8am-5pm (35 hours per week)
About you:
You're an experienced customer service professional who thrives in structured environments and can learn new systems quickly.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in an office setting with professional conduct
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other office systems
- Tech-savvy with strong typing and email etiquette
