About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer Assistant starting on a casual basis leading to a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start their career in logistics and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our daily operations, contributing to the overall productivity and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer returns accurately and efficiently

Respond to queries via email and phone professionally

Communicate confidently with internal teams and external partners

Assist with general administrative tasks

Coordinate bookings with transport and freight services

Investigate and resolve freight-related issues

Manage truck manifests and dispatch documentation

Prepare consignments and construct pallets for outgoing shipments

About You

No prior experience in logistics is required – we will provide full training!

A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
