Assistant Service Delivery Lead – Unsealed Roads
Take charge of planning and delivering Council’s unsealed roads and disaster response programs. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with strong operational experience and the flexibility to lead from the front – including jumping on machinery when needed.

Assistant Service Delivery Lead – Civil Construction
Lead the delivery of capital works and infrastructure maintenance across roads, footpaths, bridges, drainage, and marine assets. You’ll manage a construction team and ensure projects meet high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

Trade or industry qualifications and/or extensive civil construction experience

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills

White Card and a current QLD “C” class driver’s licence
