CQUniversity is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to facilitate and administer student work placement across a range of disciplines and student cohorts.
As a WIL Officer, you'll be at the forefront of connecting students with valuable real-world industry experience. You'll work closely with academic teams, industry partners, and students to secure placements that meet course, accreditation, and professional requirements. Your day-to-day will involve relationship management, strategic planning, data entry, cross-team collaboration, and problem-solving – all with the goal of supporting student success.

Position Requirements
A degree and relevant experience (or equivalent combination of training/experience).
Placement experience exposure in a Work Integrated Learning environment highly regarded. Recruitment or sales experience combined with an administration background is advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage complex tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently within a fast paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
Confident to use business support tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, or corporate information systems).
