Account Director - Strategic B2B Client Success & Growth

The DSC Sales System helps B2B businesses generate qualified sales meetings. We don’t just hand over leads, we build pipelines that drive growth. After growing a global team, we’re looking for a sharp Account Director to join our team on the ground in Brisbane and own the success of our client relationships from onboarding to expansion.
This isn’t a passive role. You’ll be the trusted partner for C-suite decision-makers, the strategist laying the path to ROI, and the bridge between clients and our execution team.
What You’ll Own:
Build & Grow Strategic Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, developing strong, trust-based relationships with founders, CMOs, and CROs.
Drive Account Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding client goals and proactively delivering new solutions.
Set Crystal-clear Expectations: Lead client onboarding, set and manage expectations, and ensure every deliverable is aligned with the client’s desired outcomes.
Be the Voice Between Strategy & Execution: Translate high-level client objectives into clear, tactical plans for our execution team, seamlessly.
Support Our Execution Team: Lay out clean roadmaps, anticipate blockers, and make their life easier by being proactive, precise, and organized.
Operate with Founder-Level Attention to Detail: You’ll be working directly with a detail-obsessed founder—this role requires a similar standard of precision and follow-through.
Think Strategically, Execute Ruthlessly: Know when to zoom out and drive big-picture growth, and when to dive into the weeds and get things done.
You’re a Fit If You:
Are confident working with C-level executives and can communicate like a peer, not a vendor.
Ask sharp, strategic questions that get to the root of a client’s challenges fast.
Can juggle multiple clients without letting a ball drop.
Are both analytical and creative, you can optimise what’s there and invent new angles when needed.
Are proactive and accountable. You don’t wait to be told you're already three steps ahead.
Can manage timelines and people with clarity and empathy, especially across time zones.
