We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in providing exceptional support to those with intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions. We are looking for casual staff as well as filling this fulltime position.
At our organization, you'll have the opportunity to work both in peoples homes and within the community, helping our clients thrive in various environments. You will also be participating in our innovative programs include engaging social and life skills groups, as well as unique experiences at our STA farm stay on the beautiful midcoast- home to our charming highland cows and minature donkeys!

Qualifications, Experience & Talents
Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities.
Working effectively with our community members requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a strong work ethic & be reliable, especially for our longer-term clients.
A valid driver's license & reliable, appropriate transportation is required.
First Aid and CPR certification is required.
Ability to work flexible hours
Possess a compassionate, caring, & supportive nature.
Agile with a solid capacity to adapt to changing environments.
High levels of energy & enthusiasm.
Empathetic & a good listener.
An attitude of going above & beyond.
An observant personality with a keen eye for detail.
Consistency and Reliablility! This is a must please :)
Tasks & responsibilities
Working in our Social Groups and Living Skills Programs.
Support clients 1:1 to access the community & participate in social outings.
Working independently with clients in their homes
Providing personal care & support where required
Providing respite & overnight support if required either at our STA property or in our clients home
Our members seek mentors who are kind, patient, compassionate, possess various skills, and have a passion for cooking, fitness, and enjoying life!
