Responsibility:

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of apartment job, ensuring projects meet milestones and quality benchmarks. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. Report on progress to managers and CA etc.

Team Leadership: Inspire and manage tradespeople, allocate resources effectively, and maintain a strong, reliable trade base.

Quality Assurance: Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Conduct regular QA checks and ensure compliance with NCC, AS, and QBCC standards and tolerances.

Safety & Compliance: Guarantee all safety precautions. Champion workplace health and safety and ensure all sites meet environmental and WHS requirements.
