Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Handle staff rostering, training, and performance management.

Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and cost control.

Drive customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Support marketing initiatives and help grow the business.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience at least 2 years in restaurant or hospitality management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
