Position: Senior Behavior Therapist

Location: Geelong

About Bespoke Behaviour: Bespoke Behaviour is a leading behaviour therapy company dedicated to positively impacting the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified individual to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored behaviour support plans.

Providing behaviour therapy services to clients focusing on skill development and behaviour change.

Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.

Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client progress and intervention strategies.

Providing client support through clinic or home-based sessions, training, and resource development

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Practitioner registration with the NDIS Commission

Experience in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and/or trauma

Experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodiverse populations

Experience providing clinical and/or behaviour assessment, intervention, and support in the disability, out-of-home care, or relevant sectors

Experience in providing practice or clinical supervision to other practitioners

A valid Driver’s License and ability to travel

Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to attain these)
