About Us
As the third fastest growing local government in WA, our community is changing. Sure, there is an increase in number of people who are lucky enough to live, work or play here. But beyond the numbers, we recognise that how we do things needs to keep pace with community expectations.
We have worked with our community to develop aspirational targets and need your help to make this come true.

- Has a genuine care for community wellbeing and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first role.
- Your experience in community-facing roles (especially in compliance or local law enforcement) will be highly regarded — but what matters most is your ability to listen, adapt and act with integrity.
