We’re a small, family-owned business with 11 centres around Sydney/Central Coast, and we’re looking for a passionate trainee to join our newest Epping centre!

Our Epping service is a cozy, homey 50-place centre in a newly renovated heritage building with unique features. It is ready to open its doors to families and will open from 7am until 6pm, Monday to Friday. All of the Learn & Laugh services aim to provide the best experiences and support for children, families and educators.

About the Roles:

Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday

Location: Epping Centre

Age Group: 6 weeks - 5 years old

As a trainee, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children while working alongside a supportive and passionate team. You will learn how to:

Plan and implement a fun and engaging program that reflects the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)

Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators

Create indoor and outdoor learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity, and play

Observe and document children's progress

Support children's emotional and physical needs

Collaborate with a team to deliver the best possible care

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

A genuine love for working with children

Working with Children Check

A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (or willingness to learn)

Current First Aid/CPR/Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)

Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)

A strong commitment to child safety, including Child Safe Standards
