About the Role
You will work primarily under general supervision and oversee the installation of a complete range of well completion products within a designated geographic area, regardless of operational conditions. Promoting good customer relations at the well site and ensuring customer satisfaction by applying technical knowledge related to the product line, comply with HMS processes and have a solid understanding of HSE regulations, policies, and procedures and the ability to assess competencies of Operator Assistant, Service Operator and Service Specialist.
This position will be based at Jandakot, WA.
Key Responsibilities
· Consults with customers concerning products and services, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and ensures customer satisfaction with job execution and interpersonal interaction
· Properly maintains assigned equipment and monitors compliance with safety regulations and procedures
· Oversees the installation of the complete range of well completion products in the geographic area under all operating conditions, typically operating as a one-person crew
· Applies technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations, and consults with HES operations base as needed
· Reviews the job design, confirms that the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose, and identifies any additional contingencies that should be provided for
· Demonstrates knowledge of pre and post-job product and service activities and develops knowledge and skills to be able to run the most complex, and/or the broadest range of HES offerings under all condition
