Our Organisation: In our community, we demonstrate that ageing is a time of possibility, not limitation. Self-discovery, achievement and connection continues throughout life, no matter the age. Inner West Neighbour Aid is a not for profit community organisation, established for over 30 years that provides social outings, workshops, exercise classes, intergenerational connections, centre based groups and programs around the home for seniors living in the inner west. Neighbour Aid also maintains the 5 Senses Garden in Rhodes Park, Concord West in partnership with the City of Canada Bay Council. The 5 Senses Garden is an inclusive green space that promotes involvement in nature, veggie pods, culture and play. The organisation is primarily funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program and other grants.
