We are seeking a Spa Host who shares our passion for guest experience and natural wellness, to join our dedicated spa team. This is a dynamic and varied role ideal suited to a proactive individual with a passion for delivering extraordinary client experiences, strong organisational skills, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the daily rhythm of our spa.

About the Role

This is a multifaceted role best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. The Spa Host is a central point of contact for our clients and team — responsible for smooth scheduling to maintain flow, minimise downtime, and support team productivity. Ensuring a warm guest service, professional communication with the team and supporting spa overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally manage spa bookings, emails, and phone enquiries

Schedule appointments to ensure both client satisfaction and business efficiency

Greet and check out guests, take payments, and advise on retail products

Prepare the spa for opening each day and assist with end-of-day procedures

Support the team with treatment room turnarounds and maintain spa cleanliness

Step in to provide massage or beauty treatments when needed

Maintain accurate client records and ensure high standards of presentation

Help drive a smooth and seamless guest experience from start to finish

Skills & Experience:

Massage or Beauty Therapy qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma)

Previous spa or wellness experience highly regarded

Strong administration and scheduling skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Confident using booking systems and handling a variety of client enquiries

Excellent attention to detail, highly organised, and methodical in approach

Calm under pressure, able to think on your feet and pivot quickly when needed

Friendly, solution-oriented, and a collaborative team player

Self-motivated, proactive, and aligned with Empire's values and long-term vision
