As Centre Director, you will:
Lead the setup and establishment of a new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement
Drive the delivery of high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQS)
Inspire, motivate, and lead a passionate team of educators through strong, values-driven leadership
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the wellbeing, learning, and safety of every child in your care
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A practical and in-depth understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
Proven leadership experience in early childhood education and care
Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (pay commensurate on experience)
A demonstrated commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development
A strong alignment with early learning values, ethics, and high-quality pedagogy
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and foster positive relationships with staff, families, and the wider community
Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration
