We’re Pipes Plumbing & Gas, and we’re looking for a skilled Drainer / Civil Pipe Layer to join our hardworking crew. If you’ve got experience in drainage and civil pipe installations, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing and repairing stormwater, sewer, subsoil and civil water main drainage systems

Performing civil pipe laying for subdivisions, roads, and infrastructure works

Reading and interpreting construction plans and site layouts

Excavating, trenching, pipe laying, and backfilling to spec

Operating machinery, laser levels and hand tools safely and efficiently

Working closely with plumbers, site supervisors and civil contractors

You’ll Need:

Proven experience in drainage and civil pipe laying

Construction White Card

Current driver's licence (MR or HR preferred)

Excavator ticket and/or experience highly desirable

Ability to read plans and work to line and level

A strong understanding of site safety procedures
