APPLICANT MUST BE BASED LOCALLY AND ABLE TO ATTEND TRAINING IN OFFICE

We are based in Springwood and are looking for an experienced or eager to learn travel consultant to join our busy team of Travel professionals part time

A minimum of 3 days is required from Wednesday to Friday, hours are negotiable, and we are happy to structure rostered hours to fit in with school schedules

Once fully trained you have the option to WFH

The position will require you to liaise directly with clients on a daily basis, via email and phone, to help clients plan their dream holidays

You will also be responsible for after sales requirements, which includes time sensitive enquires and queries

If you possess the following skills & experience, then we'd love to hear from you:

- Travel agency sales experience (minimum 1 year) preferred but not necessary. We will consider a highly motivated candidate with no experience

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

- Attention to detail & organisation skills

- Time Management skills and the ability to work independently

- Exceptional customer service and sales conversion skills

- Experience in Galileo (preferred but not necessary)

- Computer skills, with an ability to learn new systems quickly
