Award winning boutique Hotel Bellinzona, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for its vibrant restaurant and conference division. Located in beautiful Daylesford, just 90 minutes from Melbourne. This is specifically a casual position across 7 days.

Reporting to the Head Chef you will be working with an enthusiastic team in the award-winning The Virgin Kitchen as well as in our modern Conference and Events kitchen. An extraordinary opportunity to learn and grow professionally with committed experts in their field.

Requirements:

Demonstrated achievement and success within a similar role

Proven ability to maintain excellent food presentation and hygiene standards

Strong planning, organisation and execution skills

The ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment

A positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Willing to work nights, including weekends and public holidays
