Are you an organised, friendly, and experienced administrator looking to join a high-quality
early learning service in a stunning location?
We are seeking a confident and capable Administrator to support our growing team at our
privately owned centre, located within the prestigious Sandhurst Club community.
This role will be diverse in terms of duties and responsibilities, and the appointee will report
to the Centre Manager, and in her absence, to the designated responsible person
This role offers flexibility for the right candidate – full-time or part-time hours available.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide general administrative support duties including filing, data entry, and
handling inquiries
Ability to use the Childcare management software
Demonstrate a clear understanding of government benefits
Accurately and promptly process new enrolments, keeping up to date with utilisation
and vacancies of the service
Assist with enrolment and registration processes
Liaise with families and other stakeholders as required
Support the management team with various administrative tasks;
Compile and distribute the monthly newsletter
Assist with orders of consumables as and when required (daily, weekly,
monthly)
Manage the stock inventory (orders, receiving and issuing)
Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the centre
General housekeeping inspections and inventory control
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in an administrative, receptionist and customer service role, preferably in
the childcare or education sector
Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise
Strong sense of purpose, task driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry
Above average computer and social media skills
A genuine passion for supporting the education and wellbeing of young children
Experience with Xplor (or similar CCMS software) is highly recommended
