In preparation for a busy summer We are currently looking to fill the following roles.

Lean to Swim Supervisor/ office lead

We are looking for someone with a positive and confident attitude to lead our office reception Monday to Wednesday afternoon and be the friendly face that greats our swimmers each week.

Confident, positive attitude

Administration experience, preferable in a swim school environment

Qualified learn to swim instructor, or willing to obtain

Hold current CPR and Blue card , or willing to obtain

Be available Monday to Wednesday 2pm to 6pm

Instructor shifts available Thursday, Saturday and Sunday[GB1]

The role will include but not limited to the following

Taking new bookings

Greeting new families, showing them around

Greeting families when arriving for lessons, checking customers in and taking payment using Simply Swim software.

Ad hoc admin duties as required including assisting with ensuring the overall presentation of the swim school

Setting pool up for the shift e.g., pool test, covers off, lane ropes in.

Experienced Instructors – School Program

Are you a qualified instructor looking for school hours shifts. We are recruiting for our school program that commences 8 September 2024.

Working with local schools to provide children with a 5-day intensive learn to swim program.

Shifts 11:30 to 2:30 Monday to Friday (9 weeks casual employment)

Must hold the following qualifications

ASCTA Teacher of swimming certification or AUSTSWIM teaching and water safety certification;

Current Blue Card;

Current First Aid and CPR certificate;

Instructors – Casual/Permanent ongoing

Passion for working with children

Punctual, and reliable enabling classes to be taught with consistency and providing excellent customer service.

Available for afternoon and evening sessions with Saturdays also on offer.

Willing to obtain the Blue card, First Aid/CPR, AUSTSWIM/ ASCTA.
