Workforce International are seeking an experienced concrete patcher for works in the Redhead area. As a Concrete Patcher, you will play a key role in detailing and repairing concrete surfaces of precast structures to a high standard, ensuring a quality finish is achieved.

About the role:

$38.34/hour + Regular OT

ASAP start for the right person!

Monday-Friday

Demonstrated experience in concrete finishing/patch/repair

What you'll be doing:

Repairing cracks, holes, and other damage in precast concrete surfaces

Preparing concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or cutting as needed

Finishing repaired areas to match the surrounding concrete

Maintaining tools and equipment used for concrete repair work

Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

A successful candidate will have:

Demonstrated experience in concrete detailing and repair work

Ability to satisfy pre-employment physical assessment including D&A screening

Reliable transport

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
