Position: Light Trailer Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining light trailers and caravans to ensure safety and functionality.

Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.

Performing routine servicing, brake repairs, and axle adjustments as needed.

Testing trailers post-repair to ensure compliance with standards.

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate repair records.

Requirements:

Proven experience in trailer or automotive mechanics.

Knowledge of braking systems, suspension, wiring, and hydraulics.

Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.

Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Valid fork lift license (preferred).

Welding experience is a plus.
