LuxStyle Blinds & Curtains is seeking an experienced Installer to join our team in Sydney NSW. This is a full-time role, responsible for the installation of high-quality curtains, blinds and other window furnishings for residential and commercial clients. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful completion of each project.

What you'll be doing

Carefully measuring and assessing window spaces to determine the optimal product and installation requirements

Safely and efficiently installing curtains, blinds, tracks and other window furnishings to the highest standard

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the installation process

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Collaborating with the sales and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Installer or in a similar hands-on role within the trades and services industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team

A valid driver's licence

A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to safety
