Your Role:

Operate specialised machinery to process food waste into valuable products

Complete pre-start checks, safety inspections, and follow SOPs

Support Bardee’s black soldier fly breeding program

Perform QA/QC tasks, report hazards/incidents, and maintain compliance

Contribute to process improvements and broader facility operations

Keep the facility clean, organised, and running smoothly

About You:

Reliable, hardworking, and ready to commit to a full-time role

Experience in labouring, process work, or machinery operation is ideal but not essential – we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Strong teamwork and communication skills – you can collaborate and follow instructions clearly

High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
