About the Role
As the Clinical Nurse you will be required to act as a professional resource in all facets of caring for patients whilst problem solving within the clinical setting. You will work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager in the implementation of quality improvement activities to ensure the department is safe, effective and follows best practice.
To be successful you will be a positive role model, demonstrate highly developed communication skills and have a strong customer focus.
About You

- Relevant Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum (4) years’ post graduate experience in area of speciality – Renal.
- Holds relevant post graduate qualification, or is working towards – Renal certificate.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, clinical problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
- Advanced understanding of ANMC competencies as per nursing registration.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 2– grade 2.1 – 2.4).

Facilities include 9 state-of-the-art operating theatres, two cardiac catheter laboratories, a minor procedure room, a day surgery unit, an 11-bed intensive care unit/coronary care unit and a 9-chair day therapy unit. Medical consulting suites are located onsite together with comprehensive pathology and radiology services. Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
