We’re seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support project delivery across design, construction, and maintenance phases. You'll gain hands-on experience both on-site and in the office, working directly with the Company Director and key project stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in construction supervision and ensure work aligns with project plans and standards
• Help manage materials, tools, and supplier coordination (including Hilti)
• Conduct site investigations, data collection, and basic design calculations
• Draft technical reports including progress and compliance documentation
• Contribute to quality control and safety compliance
• Liaise with site and admin teams to ensure smooth project documentation and reporting
• Support fleet management and staff OHS/training certifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Permanent Australian residency or unrestricted working rights
• Driver’s licence (essential)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, or similar (advantageous but not essential)
