Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify plumbing issues and maintenance requirements

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, pump systems, and vacuum drainage systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, including leaks, blockages, and pipe damage

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and related plumbing components

Utilise AroFlo software to manage jobs efficiently — training provided if needed!

Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and work performed

Communicate effectively with clients to explain maintenance procedures and provide recommendations

Mentor and support apprentices and young plumbers to build a strong future team

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a maintenance plumber

Valid plumbing license WA (Or able to obtain)

Gas & Plumbing licence

Current driver’s licence

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Backflow Ticket (or happy to obtain)

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines and work order limits

Willingness to adapt to changing situations and diverse work environments

A positive attitude and a passion for contributing to a team culture

Additional Opportunity – Expressions of Interest: Operational Manager
As part of our ongoing growth, we are also seeking expressions of interest for an Operational Manager to join the team.

This role would suit someone passionate about scheduling, contract management, client relationships, and internal team development. While a plumbing background is not essential, a working knowledge of the commercial maintenance industry would be highly beneficial.

Over the next six months, we are looking to build the right team structure, and the right Operational Manager would eventually lead, run, and continue to grow the business.

This can be a discreet conversation — we are happy to take the time to find the right person and work closely with them to shape the role for long-term success.
