Offshore Mining & Civil Pty Ltd (OMC) is a WA-based, family-owned mining contractor delivering specialised mobile maintenance solutions and equipment services to the mining, civil, and construction industries throughout Western Australia.

We are currently seeking experienced Heavy-Duty Fitters to perform maintenance and repairs on mobile plant across various project sites in the Pilbara, Goldfields, Perth, and Southwest regions of WA

You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of civil and mining equipment, including:

Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr

Dozers, graders, excavators, loaders, water carts, haul trucks

What We Offer

$75–$85 per hour (based on experience)

Superannuation paid on ALL hours worked

Flexible FIFO rosters: 8/6, 2/1, 2/2, 3/1

12-hour shifts

Ongoing work with pathway to permanent after 4–6 months

Your choice of either a Hilux or Landcruiser (Field Service)

Supportive, safety-focused team environment

Work available in our Maddington workshop with the flexibility/opportunity to work field service

What You Will Need

Australian working rights

Nationally accredited Trade Certificate

Current driver’s licence

Own tools of the trade

Solid experience with mobile plant or heavy haulage equipment

Background in field service or site-based maintenance desired

Strong safety culture and ability to work independently

Pre-Employment Requirements

National police clearance (desired)

Pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screening
