What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading your team to deliver an engaging, inclusive, and responsive educational program

Maintaining compliance and documentation in line with EYLF, the NQS, and WA regulations

Acting as Responsible Person in Charge when required

Building strong, respectful relationships with families, children, and educators

Supporting staff development through mentoring and room-based leadership

Embedding a strong understanding of child protection, WHS, inclusion, and reflective practice

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just looking for someone who can manage a room, we want a professional who brings knowledge, integrity, and accountability into everything they do.

You will have:

A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Child Protection, and WWCC

A solid understanding of the NQS, EYLF, and the planning cycle

High-level written and verbal communication skills

Experience leading a room or demonstrated leadership capability

The ability to give and receive feedback professionally and maturely

Attention to detail, especially when it comes to supervision, safety, and regulatory compliance

A collaborative, calm, and professional approach under pressure

Commitment to supporting children with diverse needs and abilities
