Robina Pavilion is on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our dynamic bottle shop and drive-through. About the Role

As Assistant Retail Manager, you’ll work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our retail liquor outlets. You’ll play a key role in supervising staff, maintaining stock control, and delivering outstanding customer service – all while keeping the space clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.

This is a hands-on, full-time role that will suit someone passionate about retail, and who is looking to take the next step in their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management, training, and rostering of bottle shop staff

Provide exceptional customer service and assist with in-store and drive-through sales

Assist with stock ordering, control, and presentation (including displays and promotions)

Help maintain compliance with RSA and liquor licensing laws

Liaise with suppliers and beverage reps

Process invoices and assist with daily financial procedures

Maintain store cleanliness and organisation to a high standard

Use of systems such as SwiftPOS and Deputy (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

Experience in liquor retail or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role

Current RSA certification (mandatory)

Strong communication and customer service skills

A hands-on, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings

Basic computer skills – experience with POS systems is a plus

Reliable, well-presented, and a genuine team player

Forklift licence preferred
