SP&R Group is on the hunt for a qualified and motivated Service Technician to join our VIC team!

You’ll be responsible for attending scheduled maintenance and service calls, completing repair works, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring excellent workmanship and safety across every site.

What You’ll Be Doing

Attend and complete routine maintenance and service callouts

Deliver a high standard of workmanship on all tasks and quotes

Submit job paperwork daily for invoicing

Create and follow up on repair quotes

Mentor apprentices and help develop future talent

Attend toolbox talks and manufacturer training

Work safely and maintain a clean, professional presence on all sites

Collaborate with other departments when required

What You’ll Need
✔ Qualified Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
✔ White Card
✔ ARC Licence
✔ VBA Registration
✔ Valid Driver’s Licence
✔ Working With Children Check & Police Check
✔ VRF/VRV experience (highly desirable)
✔ Strong time management and communication skills
