About the role

Priceline Pharmacy Camberwell is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Camberwell, VIC. This full-time or part-time role (30-38 hours per week) is an exciting opportunity to utilise your pharmaceutical expertise in a dynamic community pharmacy setting. As a Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality healthcare services and advice to our patients.

We are proud to be one of the leading locations for delivery of pharmacy services (predominantly vaccinations, but also pilot program services) in Victoria and are hoping to find someone passionate about delivering professional services to the local community.

Flexible roster, must be available at least every 2nd weekend. Can accomodate 4 day work week. Happy to discuss options.

What you'll be doing

Dispensing and checking prescription medications accurately and efficiently

Providing professional advice and information to patients on the safe and effective use of their medications

Delivering vaccinations and other professional services when possible

Monitoring patient health and wellbeing, and making recommendations to optimise treatment plans

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care

Demonstrate business acumen and leadership with focuses on KPIs

Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records and documentation

Ensuring pharmacy compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Mentoring and training pharmacy technicians and interns (commencing next year)

Supporting checking of dose administration (currently 80 patients)

What we're looking for

Registered Pharmacist with a current AHPRA license

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Pharmacist in a community or hospital setting

Certificate in adminstration of vaccines is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and other healthcare providers

Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide sound pharmaceutical advice

Demonstrated commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and patient-centred care

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required
