Ideally you will possess strong communication skills, enjoy client interaction, be passionate about the Architecture and Design industry and have experience within Recruitment.

Develop knowledge of what your clients need to expand their business

Review applicants, interview candidates, provide summary notes, and create job ads

Grow your network, nurturing your client & candidate relationships

Skills & Experience

Direct recruitment experience is beneficial, with inhouse training provided

Excellent communication skills

Confident, influential with strong networking skills

Target hitting & goal orientated

Detailed and organised

Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM experience would be beneficial

Team focused with a drive to succeed

Motivated, energetic and have a strong work ethic

Effective and efficient with daily activity

Have a social nature
