The pay rate will be negotiated based on the applicants' experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Follow company policy and procedure,

Regular communication with other staff to ensure all processes are proceeding according to standards

Prestarts and maintenance of machinery

Ensuring relevant records are maintained

Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.

Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.

Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.

Requirements

HR licence and experience is an advantage

Current welding certification required

Be qualified and experienced - cert III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade equivalent or higher

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in industrial welding and fabrication

Must be able to work independently with attention to detail.

Able to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment

Must have permanent right to work in Australia and be willing to work in Yandina, QLD
