The Role

• Preparing meeting minutes/agendas
• Attending to customer queries via phone & email
• General Ad Hoc Administration
• Organising maintenance
• Maintaining records and statutory deadlines
• Potential for the role to include some accounting duties

The Candidate

• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within Strata Management/Real Estate/Legal/Insurance or property is advantageous.
• Organised and professional
• Positive approach!
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
