We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate leader who cares about customer experience, staff culture, and growing the unique product that is Shaw&Co. This role is suitable for someone who is at a stronger supervisor level and looking to grow, or is an already proven manager. This position will only be offered to someone who is looking to be in the role for a longer period of time (eg +12mths).

Operating in City Lane on Flinders Street, Shaw&Co is open for lunch and dinner 6 days per week. The responsibilities include daily operations of the venue, stock control, roster management, staff training and culture, reservation management, and adherence to budgeted KPIs.
