Home to a 40-seat a la carte dining room, a 20-seat bar, two private dining rooms and a roof top terrace, a boutique wine store, and the moody, underground cocktail haven Bobeche, our venue blends old-world charm with modern hospitality.

We are searching for Professional Wait Staff and Cocktail Bartenders - people who have a passion for exceptional food, wine, cocktails and unforgettable service.

What You’ll Do as part of our Front of House team:

Lead your assigned section with poise, professionalism, and personality.

Have a thorough understanding of our food and beverage menus

Deliver outstanding service that is warm, welcoming, and full of flavour.

Build a base of regular guests

Who You Are:

Your presence brings energy, charisma, and a passion for good food, wine and cocktails.

You love working with people and thrive in a dynamic, high-end environment.

1+ years’ experience in a similar Wait Staff or Cocktail Bartender role.

You hold the following certificates: RSA, WA Food Handlers Certificate.
