Location: Initially Hobart & open to relocation within Australia, Fiji or Vanuatu

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hotel operations to ensure optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Plan, manage, and execute renovation projects, maintaining budget and timeline standards.

Coordinate project maintenance work, ensuring all facilities meet high safety and aesthetic standards.

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance service quality, profitability, and team performance.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project work and hotel operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Senior Manager in the Hotel industry.

Extensive background in hotel renovations, property upgrades, and maintenance management.

Strong operational acumen with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee large-scale projects effectively.

Must be willing to live on site and open to relocation

Proficiency in using RMS will be highly regarded

What We Offer:

Competitive salary package of $110,000 package - $90,000 p/a, $20,000 towards onsite accommodation
