About the role

VES Electrical Solutions, a leading provider of electrical services in the Geelong region, is seeking an experienced Electrician/Service Technician (A Grade) to join our growing team. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality electrical services to our loyal client base.

What you'll be doing

Performing a wide range of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work for regional clients in the agricultural sector

Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, and implementing effective solutions

Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others

Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients

Keeping accurate records and documentation of all work performed

Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service offerings

What we're looking for

A valid A Grade Electrician's license and extensive experience in industrial service and maintenance

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues

Experience working with pumps, motors, drives and electro mechanical systems

ELV and control systems fault diagnosis

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

A commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of relevant electrical regulations and guidelines

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records

A team-oriented mindset and the willingness to collaborate with others to drive continuous improvement
