Join a multidisciplinary studio known for creative, design-led work across urban and landscape architecture. With a strong pipeline of projects and a potential second office on the horizon, this is a chance to step into a leadership role where your ideas will shape real places.

Working in a close-knit, supportive team, you'll have the chance to be involved in projects across a variety of greenfield and brownfield developments, blending the best of urban design and landscape architecture.

You'll be the face of the project, working closely with clients, leading design direction, and managing delivery. Each project has junior to mid-level support, allowing you to focus on big picture thinking while keeping things moving. You'll join two other senior team members and play a key role in shaping our future.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Urban Design
• Comfortable leading projects and liaising directly with clients
• Strong design sensibility - more creative than corporate
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Vectorworks experience highly desirable
• Independent, low ego, and collaborative - cultural fit is key
• Available to start within the next month
